Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Fully remote in either Romania Bulgaria Hungary Croatia Slovakia Slovenia Czechia

About the role.
We are currently hiring German-speaking Customer Service Representative. As the first point of contact youll handle incoming queries provide clear solutions and guide customers through internet and landline services.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries primarily via telephone support ensuring a professional and service-oriented customer experience
- Support customers with internet and landline services including billing basic technical queries and package information
- Provide clear solutions and guidance to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Manage and update cases across internal systems with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality at all times.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Native / fluent in German (C1 minimum) both verbal and written. English is a bonus but not compulsory
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced call-based environment
- Basic IT skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems
- Previous customer service or call centre experience is an advantage.
