Talent Partner, Technical Recruitment
Job Summary
Adobes Technical Talent Acquisition Partner owns end-to-end recruitment for specialized roles across Engineering AI/ML and Product. This role combines hands-on recruiting with strategic influence shaping data-driven hiring strategies elevating candidate experience and advising senior engineering leadership on talent decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Own recruiting from intake through close for engineering leadership and hard-to-fill technical roles ensuring speed and quality at every stage.
Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines in high-demand areas such as AI/ML Cloud Infrastructure Security and Backend Engineering.
Serve as a trusted partner to engineering directors and VPs delivering market intelligence on talent availability competitor hiring activity and compensation benchmarks.
Apply AI-enabled sourcing tools to improve efficiency track funnel metrics to strengthen hiring predictability and maintain dashboards that give leaders awareness of pipeline health.
Deliver a high-touch inclusive experience at every touchpoint reflecting our Adobe for All commitment.
Qualifications & Requirements
Track record of success in full-cycle technical recruiting ideally in high-volume fast-paced product or engineering organizations.
Deep familiarity with technical talent markets software engineering AI/ML product management including where to find passive candidates and how to assess role fit.
Demonstrated ability to advise and push back constructively with director and VP-level stakeholders on headcount planning offer strategy and ambiguous hiring scenarios.
Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools with a habit of using data to diagnose bottlenecks and drive process improvements.

Success means building repeatable sourcing strategies that anticipate demand running structured interview processes that reduce bias navigating compensation negotiations with confidence and earning a seat at the table as a go-to advisor on talent strategy.
