Job Summary

Roles & Responsibility:

1. Process sales orders quotations and invoices in SAP (SD module preferred)

2. Coordinate with the sales team customers and internal departments (logistics finance warehouse)

3. Track and manage order status dispatch and delivery schedules

4. Maintain accurate customer data and sales records in SAP

5. Handle customer inquiries related to orders pricing and delivery timelines.

6. Prepare sales reports MIS and dashboards using SAP and Excel

7. Assist in pricing updates contracts and documentation

8. Support the sales team in achieving targets through operational efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Commerce Business Administration or related field

2. 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination or similar role

3. Hands-on experience with SAP (SD module preferred)

4. Good understanding of sales processes and order lifecycle

5. Proficiency in MS Excel

6. Strong communication and coordination skills

7. Attention to detail and multitasking ability

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience in manufacturing FMCG or trading industry

2. Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes

3. Preferred Language: Tamil Telugu & Hindi
