Job Summary

Campus and its sister company Spacefinish have designed and built the best turnkey office spaces that allow our clients to unlock unprecedented productivity and collaboration among their teams. We have worked with global brands like Google Facebook (Meta) Twitter (X) PwC Canon and many others.

We are now expanding our locations in Lagos and we need a Customer Success Manager who will be responsible for delivering an exceptional member experience at Campus HQ. This role acts as the primary point of contact for tenants manages client relationships drives community engagement and ensures tenant satisfaction retention and a vibrant collaborative workspace culture. Responsibilities:

Serve as the main relationship manager for tenants ensuring smooth onboarding and a consistently positive experience.
Build and grow the Campus HQ community through events networking sessions and engagement initiatives that foster collaboration.
Proactively address tenant concerns feedback and service requests ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Collaborate with operations facilities IT and other teams to deliver consistent high-quality service.
Track member satisfaction identify trends and propose initiatives to improve retention engagement and overall experience.

Key Metrics:

Response & resolution time: Timely handling of tenant inquiries issues and service requests.
Tenant satisfaction: Positive feedback from tenants and minimal complaints.
Community engagement: Attendance and participation rates at events workshops and networking activities.
Retention & renewal: Tenant retention rate and renewal of memberships or leases.
Collaboration & insight: Quality of actionable insights provided to operations leasing and sales teams.

Requirements

46 years experience in customer success community management hospitality or coworking environments.
Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
Comfortable working in a dynamic fast-paced service-driven environment.
