Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by handling inquiries resolving complaints and providing accurate information about the companys products and services. This role requires strong communication skills problem-solving ability and a customer-focused approach to ensure positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone email social media and in-person where applicable.
Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate information about products services pricing and company policies.
Process orders requests and transactions efficiently.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions transactions comments and complaints.
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Meet or exceed established service performance targets (e.g. response time resolution time customer satisfaction).
Adhere to company policies procedures and code of conduct always.
Key Requirements
Minimum of OND/HND/bachelors degree in any related field.
Proven experience in customer service or a similar role is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office CRM tools etc.).
