Job Summary

Role Overview
Electra is looking for a friendly result-driven and organized Customer Service Representative to manage client interactions and ensure excellent service delivery. This role is ideal for someone who can respond to inquiries provide timely updates resolve issues and maintain strong client relationships. You will be a key point of coordination ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support.
  • Provide timely updates on shipment status delivery schedules and operations.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Support client onboarding and documentation processes.
  • Monitor service quality and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.


Requirements

Requirements
  • 13 years experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Good multitasking and time management abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or customer service tools.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving approach.

Required Skills:

Requirements 3 years of experience in project coordination project management or similar execution-focused roles. Familiarity with Scrum Agile or structured project management methodologies. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple work-streams simultaneously. Proven ability to drive accountability and follow-through even without direct authority. Experience documenting processes workflows or SOPs. Comfortable working with tools and collaborating with technical teams. Strong communication skills with the ability to keep teams aligned and informed.
