Job Overview:

Responsible for managing and coordinating matters related to foreign worker accommodation at the Centralised Labour Quarters (CLQ). The role serves as the main liaison with client companies HR teams.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main contact person for client HR teams on foreign worker hostel matters.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve accommodation issues
  • Ensure smooth daily operations of the CLQ and timely resolution of issues.
  • Maintain good communication and working relationships with client companies.
  • Prepare reports and updates for management and clients.

Requirements:

  • Degree in HR Business Administration or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in HR operations or client coordination roles.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Experience handling foreign workers or hostel operations is an advantage.
