Position Summary:

As the National Sales and Service Director for the USA reporting to the group CSO your mission is to champion a customer-first approach empower your team to deliver sales growth and service excellence. This pivotal role involves developing and executing strategies that improve customer satisfaction and expand our market presence all while fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Your leadership will ensure customer satisfaction reinforcing Trimaxs position as a leader in commercial mowing solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute National Sales Strategy: Craft and implement a comprehensive strategy to expand market presence increase revenue margin and ensure Trimaxs leadership in the U.S. market.
  • Lead Support and Develop Teams: Guide nurture and build a high-performing omni-channel sales and service team. Establish a culture of excellence continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Enhance Dealer Network and Direct Sales: Grow and optimize our route-to-market model. Ensure top-tier service and support and foster strong enduring relationships with dealers and end-users.
  • Oversee Service and Parts Strategy: Implement and refine service and parts strategies to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty. Ensure customers receive comprehensive aftersales support and maintenance services.
  • Optimize Customer Experience: Spearhead initiatives to improve the end-to-end customer journey ensuring exceptional levels of satisfaction and loyalty at every touchpoint.
  • Monitor Performance and Drive Improvements: Regularly analyze sales and service performance against targets providing detailed reports and actionable insights.
  • Foster Collaboration and Innovation: Encourage a culture of innovation and collaboration across the company promoting the exploration of new sales tactics engagement strategies and service offerings.
  • Manage Budgets and Resources Efficiently: Oversee the financial aspects of the sales and service team ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve business goals.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales and service management preferably in omnichannel sales.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of cultivating and motivating teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging dealers end-users and staff.
  • Strong IT literacy including proficiency in CRM systems.
  • Mechanical knowledge and understanding
  • Willingness to travel to support sales service and channel partners.
