Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning developing and executing promotional marketing and sales campaigns designed to generate new acquisition.
- Help in the creation organization and distribution of marketing and sales materials within the various events and promotional content we utilize to enhance client engagement and overall brand exposure
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to brainstorm and contribute innovative ideas for future campaigns ensuring fresh and compelling approaches to customer outreach.
- Build strong relationships with customers and supporters while also providing valuable information on our clients missions values and services
- Guide new customers through the registration and onboarding process
- Share success stories and distribute promotional materials at events
- Track and report on marketing and sales performance metrics
- Ensure a memorable and positive experience for event attendees and prospects
