Responsibilities:
As Territory Sales Manager youll own the medical vertical in your territory and drive real impact:
Identify and build new business and business growth opportunities in hospitals nursing homes diagnostic centers and convert them to Ansells premium range (targeted sales recurrent business).
Build loyal relationships become the go-to expert for end users (surgeons purchase heads infection control teams) and distributors.
Train their teams on Ansell products run powerful joint calls inservices and promotional programs that win business.
Create monthly territory plans spot new opportunities (new hospitals/projects) track competitors and use CRM (Salesforce) to stay sharp.
Network at medical exhibitions CMEs trade shows and local healthcare forums to position Ansell as the #1 choice.
Gather market intelligence on tenders new projects market research and share insights with the team.
Were Looking For:
7 years of strong field sales experience in Surgical Gloves / Medical Devices / Examination Gloves / Healthcare PPE
Graduation (any stream) MBA preferred but not mandatory if you have killer sales track record
Proven ability to convert end-users and grow distributors
Excellent relationship-building & communication skills
Strong planning execution you turn targets into wins month after month
Comfortable with CRM tools reporting and data-driven selling
