Role Overview
The Sr. Manager– Brand & Marketing Communication will be the strategic custodian of the Neotra brand.
The role will drive brand positioning experiential marketing exhibitions retail branding website and digital presence product launch communication and high-impact marketing assets.
This position requires a blend of strategic brand thinking design sensitivity execution excellence and commercial acumen to elevate Neotra into a category-defining premium brand.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning

Define and strengthen Neotra’s brand architecture and long-term positioning.

Develop annual branding roadmap aligned with business growth plans.

Build a distinct premium brand identity across all customer touchpoints.

Ensure consistent communication across ATL BTL digital and retail platforms.
2. Marketing Communication & Campaigns

Lead development of integrated marketing campaigns for product launches and brand building.

Oversee creation of catalogues brochures digital assets presentations and brand films.

Partner with creative agencies to ensure differentiated storytelling.

Drive architect and influencer engagement initiatives.
3. Website & Digital Ecosystem

Own overall website strategy content architecture and user experience.

Drive SEO strategy analytics tracking and digital visibility improvement.

Ensure seamless integration of product portfolio and lead-generation pathways.

Collaborate with digital agencies to enhance online presence and engagement.
4. Exhibitions & Experiential Marketing

Lead participation in national and international exhibitions.

Conceptualize high-impact booth designs aligned with premium brand identity.

Drive experiential marketing initiatives targeting architects and channel partners.

Ensure flawless execution budget control and ROI evaluation.
5. Retail Branding & POS Strategy

Develop and standardize retail branding guidelines.

Drive POS material strategy and deployment across dealer networks.

Ensure uniform and premium visual merchandising standards.

Monitor brand compliance across markets.
6. Corporate Gifting & Marketing Kit Development

Design differentiated and premium gifting solutions for key stakeholders.

Lead development of product launch kits sampling kits and sales enablement tools.

Ensure innovation in packaging and presentation.
7. Budget Vendor & Team Leadership

Own and manage annual branding and communication budgets.

Build and lead a high-performance marketing team.

Select and manage creative digital event and fabrication partners.

Drive cost optimization without compromising brand quality.

Candidate Profile

8–10 years of experience in Branding & Marketing Communication.

Prior experience in building materials / ceramics / surfaces / architecture-focused brands preferred.

Strong exposure to premium brand positioning.

Proven experience in exhibitions experiential marketing and retail branding.

Experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams.

Strong design sensibility with business orientation.

High ownership strategic thinking and execution capability.
Education

Graduate in Marketing / Business / Communication / Design

MBA (Marketing) preferred
