Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Branch Operations
Manage and oversee all day-to-day operations of the supermarket branch.
Ensure smooth functioning of store operations including inventory merchandising billing and staff management.
Maintain compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Business Growth & Sales
Drive business growth and customer acquisition to improve store productivity.
Monitor and improve sales performance and profitability.
Implement promotional and marketing activities to achieve financial targets.
Customer Service
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining excellent service standards.
Address customer queries complaints and feedback effectively.
Reporting
Prepare and submit daily operational and sales reports to management.
Monitor store performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
Team Management
Supervise and guide store staff to ensure operational efficiency.
Ensure proper staff scheduling training and performance monitoring.
Marketing & Store Promotion
Support marketing initiatives and in-store promotions.
Maintain marketing awareness to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Required Skills
Strong retail operations and supermarket management experience
Good customer service and communication skills
