We are partnering with a leading semiconductor equipment provider in the search for a Sales Manager to responsible for driving business growth across key semiconductor manufacturing accounts. This leadership role focuses on developing strategic customer relationships identifying new opportunities and delivering technical solutions that align with clients’ production and process requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share within the semiconductor manufacturing and equipment sectors.
- Identify new business opportunities with semiconductor manufacturers while strengthening relationships with existing accounts.
- Lead the full sales cycle including prospecting solution positioning proposal development negotiation and contract closure.
- Work closely with engineering applications and product teams to deliver technically sound solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Provide consultative support to customers by understanding their process challenges and recommending appropriate equipment or automation solutions.
- Track market trends competitor activities and emerging technologies within the semiconductor industry.
- Prepare sales forecasts pipeline reports and strategic account plans for management review.
- Represent the company at industry events trade shows and customer engagements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Business or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical sales or account management within the semiconductor equipment automation or capital equipment industry.
- Prior Project Management expeirence would be a huge plus.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage with technical stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen negotiation skills and relationship management capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical and operational teams.
- Willingness to travel when required
