Zoom is seeking a visionary sales leader to spearhead our APAC Sales organization during this transformative era of AI innovation. You will architect our go-to-market strategy built on a channel-first foundation and champion our bold future vision for APAC growth embracing our core values of Care and Delivering Happiness while advancing our groundbreaking AI platform that is reshaping how the world connects.
Supporting our CEOs ambitious vision of Zoom as the pioneer in Agentic AI communications you will cultivate a thriving partner and channel ecosystem as the primary engine of scale across Asia Pacific. By empowering resellers systems integrators and strategic alliances you will accelerate Zooms AI platform adoption far beyond what a direct motion alone can achieve while a high-performing direct sales team provides targeted enterprise coverage in priority accounts and markets.
Your leadership will be instrumental across key markets including ASEAN Hong Kong Taiwan Korea India and ANZ as we redefine what is possible in human connection. You will bring deep channel and partner leadership expertise alongside strong enterprise software sales acumen particularly in Cloud SaaS and consumption-based model selling. Your expertise in UCaaS technology will be complemented by a passion for AI-driven innovation and the ability to articulate how Zooms intelligent platform is creating unprecedented opportunities for partners and customers to thrive in an AI-augmented world.
Responsibilities
Senior Leadership Excellence
Report to the Head of International Sales; develop strategic sales initiatives define measurable KPI targets and provide visionary leadership for enterprise-wide business development across APAC.
Serve as a vital member of the Senior Leadership team driving cross-functional collaboration and innovation at both regional and global levels.
Champion the APAC regional management team orchestrating resource planning and strategic initiatives that align with Zooms customer-centric approach.
Identify and execute business development opportunities that accelerate Zooms revenue growth in priority verticals while maintaining our commitment to customer happiness and care.
Partner with business leaders to ensure APAC market insights directly influence product development roadmaps embodying our dedication to delivering happiness through innovative solutions.
Cultivate executive-level relationships with key customers and prospects demonstrating Zooms commitment to meaningful connections and trust.
Represent Zoom as the senior spokesperson for the APAC region communicating our values of care community and innovation in public relations activities.
Lead government affairs programs and strategic market relationships that reinforce Zooms position as a trusted customer-focused technology partner across the region.
Channel-Led Go-to-Market & Sales Execution
Build and orchestrate a comprehensive channel ecosystem spanning resellers distributors systems integrators and strategic alliance partners as the primary growth engine for Zooms AI platform across enterprise mid-market and SMB segments throughout APAC.
Develop and execute partner enablement programs that equip the channel with the tools training and incentives needed to confidently sell and position Zooms AI-powered portfolio.
Define channel segmentation and coverage models across key APAC markets ensuring the right partners are aligned to the right customer segments and verticals.
Partner with marketing to co-create compelling channel and field campaigns that demonstrate how Zooms AI innovations solve our customers most complex collaboration challenges.
Complement the channel motion with a targeted direct sales strategy focused on strategic enterprise accounts and markets where direct engagement accelerates partner confidence and deal velocity.
Build and mentor a high-performing sales organization channel and direct focused on delivering happiness through our intelligent platform and consistently exceeding revenue targets while embodying our core value of Care.
Leverage Salesforce and analytics tools to maintain full pipeline visibility across partner-sourced and direct opportunities identifying AI adoption trends and accelerating growth.
Deliver accurate forecasts that reflect channel pipeline health partner capacity and the future growth potential of our expanding AI-powered product portfolio.
Lead data-driven business reviews that demonstrate how our partner ecosystem and customer-centric approach are creating unprecedented value across the APAC region.
Product & Proposition Development
Drive innovation by identifying AI-powered growth opportunities that accelerate revenue and align with Zooms vision of pioneering Agentic AI communications.
Foster seamless collaboration between sales and product teams to ensure Zooms product innovations directly address APAC customer needs and market opportunities.
Elevate Zooms market position by delivering thought leadership at strategic forums conferences and industry events that showcase how our intelligent platform supports international expansion goals.

People Leadership & Culture Building

Skills Abilities & Experience
Senior executive with 15 years of APAC sales leadership experience with a strong emphasis on channel and partner-led go-to-market models.
Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing channel ecosystems including resellers distributors SIs and alliance partners across diverse APAC markets.
Deep expertise in channel program design partner enablement and partner incentive structures that drive sustainable scalable revenue growth.
Demonstrated success in complementing a channel-first motion with targeted direct enterprise sales knowing when and how to deploy each for maximum impact.
Exceptional enterprise software sales expertise with verifiable success in Cloud SaaS and consumption-based model selling across both partner and direct channels.
Consistent history of exceeding revenue targets through channel pipeline development disciplined partner management and strategic direct account coverage.
Deep understanding of UCaaS technology and the ability to articulate how product innovations solve complex customer challenges through both partner and direct conversations.
Experience with B2B solutions across enterprise and mid-market segments with the strategic agility to extend reach into SMB via channel partners.
Passion for emerging technologies with the ability to evangelize how Zooms AI platform is revolutionizing business collaboration across the partner community.
Exceptional listening skills to understand partner and customer needs translating them into channel strategies and product opportunities.
Outstanding communication and presentation abilities to represent Zoom as a thought leader in AI-powered communications with partners customers and industry forums.
