Job Summary

Job Description:-

1. Revenue Generation (Primary KPI)
Drive bulk sales for:
o Corporate gifting (especially Diwali & festive campaigns)
o Wedding trousseau & bulk gifting
Own the complete sales cycle: lead generation pitch negotiation closure
2. Lead Generation & Outreach
Proactively identify and approach:
o Corporates (HR Admin Marketing teams)
o Wedding planners event agencies luxury concierge services
Leverage personal network LinkedIn cold outreach and on-ground meetings
Build a strong pipeline independently (not dependent on inbound leads)
3. Relationship Building
Develop long-term partnerships with:
o Corporate clients for repeat festive orders
o Wedding planners and gifting curators
Maintain strong follow-ups and client engagement
4. Market Expansion

Identify new B2B opportunities partnerships and distribution channels
Represent Amaara Home at exhibitions pop-ups and networking events
5. Coordination & Execution
Work closely with internal teams (design operations) to ensure timely delivery
Customize pitches based on client requirements and budgets
