Position Overview:


We are seeking a Project Executive to have ownership and direct responsibility as a leader of projects. The Project Executive is the main point of contact for their clients and is responsible in ensuring exceptional customer service in the development of proposals to project completion to meet clients filing objectives and needs. Must be willing to be employed directly by our company on a W2 basis. No third-party agencies C2C or 1099 inquiries please.



Key Responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients building and maintaining strong working relationships. Provide clear updates on project status materials city requirements and timeline expectations.
  • Initiate and manage client communication (calls and emails) and clearly explain the companys filing process and services.
  • Review and assist with preparation of proposals for new projects including entering and tracking RFIs and RFPs for the team.
  • Understand client project goals schedules phasing technical requirements and completion dates and ensure team members are aligned.
  • Identify and resolve project challenges and help improve team filing workflows and processes.
  • Perform high-level reviews and maintain checklists to monitor progress and completion of all filing projects.
  • Help coordinate resources to meet client expectations and deadlines including engaging additional staff when necessary.
  • Support accounts receivable efforts by assisting with client collections as needed.
  • Address client concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction and prevent escalation.
  • Attend key project meetings when required to represent the companys processes standards and methodology.


Qualifications:


  • College degree preferred but not required. Knowledge of New Building Alteration Types I II and III Approvals and Sign Offs. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Customer service skills. Proficient with MS Office. Comfortable in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
  • Hands-on can-do attitude.
  • Teamwork and strong inter-personal skills.
  • Attention to detail and follow-up.
  • Knowledge of NYC Construction Codes.
  • 5 years of expediting experience.
