Job Summary
Job Summary (List Format): Senior Project Manager/Estimator Grafton IL
- Lead and manage all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction to closeout.
- Oversee and control project budgets schedules procurement and risk management.
- Coordinate efforts between field teams subcontractors design partners and ownership.
- Conduct weekly project meetings and ensure clear and consistent documentation and communication.
- Review and approve submittals RFIs (Requests for Information) change orders and progress billings.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards quality requirements and jobsite regulations.
- Collaborate with preconstruction and engineering teams for constructability and value engineering.
- Deliver large complex projects on time and within budget.
- Manage and enforce subcontracts and contract administration.
- Utilize project management software such as Procore Microsoft Project Bluebeam Sage Smartsheet Teams etc.
- OSHA 30 certification required (or willingness to obtain).
- Requires 7 10 years of relevant commercial construction project management experience.
- Experience in design-build general contracting is preferred.
