About The Opportunity

Programmeds Facility Management department are currently seeking a Facilities Coordinatorto join our Melbourne Airport team. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a high-performance team thatis responsible for providing maintenance tothe facilities throughout the contract. You will contribute to the team by building relationships with key contacts stakeholders and service providers while ensuring the scheduled maintenance is adhered to.

This role is responsible for the day-to-day administrative functions and the coordination of services in relation to the Facilities Maintenance contract at the Melbourne Airport site including the allocation and monitoring of work ordersreporting invoicing and customer interface.

Nature of the position: Permanent Full Time

Location:Melbourne Airport

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and adhere to the planned maintenance schedule
  • Complete Condition Audits across the Melbourne Airport site
  • Prepare client reporting and manage meeting minutes
  • Communicate and coordinate with subcontractors and technicians to ensure SLAs are met
  • Drive budget efficiencys
  • Develop an excellent working relationship with the client

About you

  • Strong customer service and administration skills and experience
  • Experience in the management of sub-contractors and suppliers favorable
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Well-developed skills in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • A strong customer focus and an ability to build strong customer relationships
  • An ability to work autonomously within a team environment
