As the Roster Coordinatoryoull be part of an experienced engaged and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming professional and supportive care experience for the residents of St Vincents Care Service Werribee.
St Vincents Care Services Werribee is a contemporary boutique aged care facility providing a high-quality haven of care within the centrally-located Wyndham Health Precinct. It is an 80 bed facility located 30km south-west of Melbournes city centre.
This is a Full-Time position
Monday-Friday
9.00am-5.00pm

- Relevant experience in a similar role proactively managing the administrative requirements associated with the scheduling of staff within a residential facility ensuring prompt and accurate services including processing and database management
- Experience with scheduling and attendance systems (UKG Pro and Workday highly desirable) Client Management and Care Management systems
- Understanding interrelationship between Australian Aged Care Quality Agency Accreditation Standards and provision of services by St Vincents Care Services
- Certificate/Diploma Business Frontline Management or Scheduling desirable
- High level of customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure with competing priorities
- Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities
- NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
