Workday Implementation Project Coordinator
Job Summary
Minor Hotels Australasia is currently undertaking a large-scale Workday implementation and is looking for a highly organised Project Coordinator to support PMO activities testing cycles and integrations across the program.
This is a hands-on fast-paced role where you will play a key part in keeping project activities on track ensuring stakeholders remain aligned and supporting delivery through to go-live.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end project activities across testing integrations and PMO support to ensure key milestones are achieved
- Manage schedules meetings and stakeholder engagement across HR Finance vendors and implementation partners
- Oversee testing cycles including planning progress tracking defect resolution and status reporting
- Support integration and data activities by tracking dependencies liaising with vendors and maintaining visibility of progress
- Assist with go-live readiness including coordinating activities and tracking issues through to resolution
This is a part-time fixed term position (0.8 FTE) with an end date of 30th September 2026.

Qualifications :
Successful candidates will have:
- Experience in Project Coordination PMO support or system implementation environments
- Workday implementation experience highly regarded
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
- Experience supporting testing cycles system integrations or change activities
- High attention to detail with strong ownership and follow-through
- Confidence working with multiple stakeholders including internal teams and external vendors
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
