What extra ingredients you will bring:
- Assist in planning coordinating and executing employee engagement events
- Manage project timelines task lists and status updates
- Manage recruitment for early careers
- Coordinate with vendors venues and internal stakeholders
- Create and distribute internal communication materials
- Maintain proper documentation for project activities and vendor
Job specific requirements:
- Final year with minimum classes to attend from Human Resources Business Administration Communication (or related)
- E2E Project Management (Planning Budgeting Executing Reporting & Evaluating) skill required
- Good interpersonal skills (clear & concise when delivering message to business partners)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Canva
- Simple creative or video editing knowledge is a plus
- Strong in organizational experiences
