Job Summary
We are offering an opportunity for students or fresh graduates who are eager to develop their career in engineering and proposal management to join us as aProposal Engineer Intern.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of technical and commercial proposals based on client requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams (engineering sales and project) to collect necessary data and information.
Support the preparation of tender documents including administrative and technical submissions.
Conduct preliminary analysis of project requirements and client specifications.
Help ensure proposals are completed accurately on time and in accordance with company standards.
Qualifications:
Final-year student or fresh graduate in Engineering (preferably Mechanical Electrical Industrial or related fields).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Able to work both independently and in a team.
Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel).
