What Youll Do
Design and continuously refine compensation & benefits strategies aligned with business growth
Lead end-to-end payroll operations ensuring accuracy in allowances claims and incentives
Oversee statutory compliance (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan BPJS Kesehatan insurance and taxation)
Conduct market benchmarking and provide insights on total rewards competitiveness
Drive governance fairness and transparency across all reward and HR operations processes
Manage and improve HR operations (payroll employee data policies and lifecycle processes)
Partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to align people strategy with business goals
Requirements
5 years of experience in Total Rewards Compensation & Benefits and HR Operations
Strong expertise in compensation strategy payroll taxation and statutory compliance
Proven ability to design and implement scalable rewards frameworks
Analytical mindset with strong stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate both strategically and operationally
