DescriptionAs an intern in our Service Lab you will support the repair and calibration of a wide range of test and measurement equipment. You will learn how to work with traceable and accredited standards and gain handson experience with highend instrumentation. Prior experience with repairs is helpful but not required we will teach you.
You will join a team committed to delivering highquality service to our customers. Our goal is to complete 95% of all repairs and calibrations within five working days giving you exposure to a fastpaced professional service environment.
Our Eindhoven facility is the main service lab in Europe supporting customers across the entire EMEA region. This makes your internship an excellent opportunity to experience a global technical organization.
Responsibilities
During your internship you will:
- Assist in performing calibrations and repairs in our Eindhoven Service Lab.
- Help ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Support administrative tasks related to service operations.
- Assist with hardware and software updates on equipment.
- Provide basic technical support and follow-up information to customers (with guidance).
Your Team
You will be part of a diverse international team of more than 40 technicians. The Eindhoven lab is growing quickly strongly supported by our logistics team and continuously improving customer satisfaction. You will be welcomed into a collaborative environment where knowledge sharing is part of daily work.
Desired Background
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a mid to highlevel electronics program (or equivalent).
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently when needed.
- Good command of the English language.
