Key Role Responsibilities

We can assure you you certainlydontsit behind your desk thewhole day! Your day usually starts at 08:30 AM. You start with a property check and in themeantimeyou have a chat with some residents. Then a new resident comes to the service desk for a key handover; you ensure that they receive a warm give a tour of all the facilities and finally you do an inspection of their studio or apartment.

During the rest of the day you answer incoming calls and help residents with their questions at the service desk-now you have helped make a lot of residents happy again (and with a smile)!Youdontget carried away when things get busy itrather givesyou energy! You end the day with a brainstorm session for next months events. A wine tasting a yoga class or even a pub quiz The sky is the limit! You have the freedom to think and organise fun events for our residents.

About You

• You and your colleaguesare responsible forthe day-to-day running of the business.
• You are eager and curious to learn all aspects of the propertyhavestrong communicationskills as well as an eye for detail.
• Furthermore you ensure thatall ofour residents live in a safe environment; you work closely with the maintenance team toensurethe service stays ata high level.
