The University of Southern Maine (USM) invites applications for the position of Senior Director of Auxiliary Services responsible for guiding a portfolio of dynamic revenue-generating operations that enhance the student experience and support the financial sustainability of the institution.
About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Business Officer and Vice President of Finance and Administration the Senior Director provides strategic leadership operational oversight and fiscal management for a diverse portfolio of auxiliary services including dining housing conferences the university store parking and transportation and related programs.
This role requires a collaborative and entrepreneurial leader who can grow revenue streams build strong partnerships across campus and ensure exceptional service experiences for the university community.
The Senior Director leads the strategic direction financial performance and operational effectiveness of USMs auxiliary enterprises. The role focuses on developing innovative services strengthening partnerships and ensuring the long-term success and sustainability of auxiliary operations.

This is a full-time position based primarily on the Portland campus with an annual salary of $105000.
