Job Summary

Professional Expertise & Experience

Possesses technical knowledge and hands-on experience in the motorcycle industry (candidates with experience working at OEM manufacturers are preferred).
Has directly conducted technical training for technicians.
Experienced in developing and compiling technical training materials.
Strong understanding of emerging technologies in electric motorcycles especially battery systems control systems and modern EV technologies.

Training & Management Skills

Design training programs based on technician skill levels.
Plan and manage training implementation across the entire system/network.
Strong presentation and knowledge-transfer skills able to communicate clearly and effectively.
Manage training teams and coordinate effectively with relevant departments.
Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve training programs.

Personal Attributes & Cultural Fit

Able to work under high pressure.
Willing to travel domestically and internationally when required.
Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and stay updated with new technologies.

Requirements

Requirements

Proficient in MS Office (Teams Word Excel PowerPoint). Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
Good English communication skills.
