Join our dedicated team inPōneke/WellingtonorTāmakiMakaurau / Aucklandas a Commercial Lead within the Managed Service portfolio.You willbe responsiblefordriving sustainable revenue growththedevelopment and supportofthe managed services commercialstrategy pricing contractnegotiations andstrategic partnershipsaligned with the overallorganisation.
Youwill oversee high value negotiations contract governanceand ensure that commercial risks are effectively cross-functionally withFinanceOperations Marketing and SeniorLeadership you will ensurethat commercialcommitmentsare deliveredand are financially sound.
Your day-to-day could include:
- Grow new business opportunities partnerships and revenue streams
- Lead the pricing strategy and managed services commercial models
- Monitor pipeline performance
- Oversee bid management and major opportunity negotiations
- Support andmaintainstrong relationships withkey manageserviceclients
- Monitor margins and cost structures
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity
Ngāpūkengakeiakoe/ Skills and experience
- Previousleadershipexperience in managed services or outsourced business processing with a proventrack recordof building client relationships and scaling services.
- Proventrack recordscaling managed services SaaS telco or BPO delivery models with a demonstrated ability to drive growth and transformation.
- Strong executive stakeholder engagement skills with credibility at CIO/CTO and C-suite levels.
- Strong knowledge of commercial models of large cross-functional teams across onshore and offshore models.
- Ability tooperatein high-ambiguity environments and build trust quickly.
