Accountable for Launching NPI at PLA capacity driving cycle time improvement.
Excellence in Leading end to end capacity of plant.
Excellence in Leading end to end capex management of plant.
Excellence in Leading & driving all the phases of project involving evaluation of strategic plans process & equipment selection capacity & capex planning process control detailed engineering & proposal.
Excellence in Driving cost optimization technology transfer workstation simplification productivity enhancement layout optimization and training.
Excellence in Transition Project Management activities with timebound approach which includes planning scheduling and implementation of machine capacity enhancement activities techno-commercial activities and quality.
