Legal Recruiter (US Market Legal Hiring Experience Required)

Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time / Contract (with potential to convert to full-time based on performance)

Shift Hours: Flexible Evening Shift (With some hours in afternoon and some at night if preferred)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Legal Recruiter to join our team. This role is designed specifically for legal professionals who have a strong passion for recruitment and talent acquisition within the legal sector in USA. If you come from a legal background and are interested in transitioning into recruitment while leveraging your knowledge of legal roles and talent this opportunity could be an excellent fit.

What Youll Do

  • Source screen and identify legal professionals based in the United States for various legal roles.

  • Review candidate profiles and conduct initial screenings to assess role fit and qualifications.

  • Identify candidates who best match the legal role requirements and organizational expectations.

  • Collaborate with existing recruitment team members to support on legal roles.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of legal professionals for current and future hiring needs.

  • If prior experience with recruitment tools or systems is limited demonstrate the ability to quickly learn and adapt to recruitment platforms tools and processes.

Who You Are

  • Legal professionals (e.g. lawyers legal advisors paralegals or law graduates) who are interested in building a career in recruitment.

  • Individuals with some exposure to recruitment talent sourcing or HR processes will be an advantage.

  • Candidates with a strong passion for identifying and connecting legal talent with the right opportunities in USA.

  • Recruiter with Educational background in Law or Legal Studies.

  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational skills attention to detail and quick learner.
