Experience: 1 year in technical recruitment
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in hiring for IT and technical roles. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing screening and coordinating interviews for technical positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (e.g. Software Engineers Angular AI Engineer etc.)
- Source candidates through LinkedIn job portals and other platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate pipeline and ATS records
- Follow up with candidates and ensure smooth onboarding process
- Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in technical/IT recruitment
- Strong understanding of technical roles and basic tech stacks
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and job portals
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
