Timings: 1:00 PM - 10 PM
Location: DHA Phase 3 - Onsite Experience: 1 year in technical recruitment Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in hiring for IT and technical roles. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing screening and coordinating interviews for technical positions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (e.g. Software Engineers Angular AI Engineer etc.)
Source candidates through LinkedIn job portals and other platforms
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate pipeline and ATS records
Follow up with candidates and ensure smooth onboarding process
Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs
Requirements:
1 year of experience in technical/IT recruitment
Strong understanding of technical roles and basic tech stacks
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and job portals
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
