About the Role:
Virtelligence is seeking a high-energy creative and results-driven International Technical
Recruiter to join our team in this role you will be responsible for identifying and
attracting top-tier IT talent for our global projects with a specific focus on the U.S. Healthcare
Technology market. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle ensuring a high-quality
candidate experience and maintaining a robust talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles
including EHR Consultants DevOps Engineers Full-Stack Developers and RCM
Specialists.
U.S. Sourcing Mastery: Utilize high-volume U.S. job boards including Dice Monster and
CareerBuilder to identify active technical talent.
International Pipeline: Engage with candidates across various time zones primarily
focusing on the U.S. and North American markets.
Technical Screening: Conduct initial technical interviews to assess candidate proficiency
in programming languages cloud platforms and healthcare-specific workflows.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Hiring Managers and the HR Operations team
to align recruitment strategies with project needs.
ATS Management: Maintain 100% data integrity within the companys Applicant
Tracking System (RecruitBPM).
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Computer Science or a related field.
Experience: 35 years of experience in International Technical Recruitment.
U.S. Tech Sourcing: Required hands-on experience in Dice Monster and other major
U.S. job boards.
Domain Knowledge: Proven experience recruiting for Healthcare IT companies is
mandatory.
Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the U.S. IT job market including visa types
(H1-B C2C W2) and salary benchmarks.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
