Job Overview We are seeking a competent and proactive HR Manager who will also oversee administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations along with ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities Human Resources: Manage full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition Develop and implement HR policies and procedures Handle employee onboarding engagement and retention initiatives Maintain employee records and HR documentation Oversee performance management processes Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies Manage payroll coordination and benefits administration
Administration: Oversee office administration and facility management Manage vendor relations and office supplies Ensure smooth daily office operations Maintain a safe and efficient work environment
Requirements Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in HR and at least one year in HR & Administration Prior experience in a software house is highly preferred Professional English communication skills (spoken & written) are mandatory Strong interpersonal organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment Candidates residing in Wapda Town or nearby areas will be preferred
Compensation & Benefits Gross Salary: PKR Provident Fund Daily Lunch
