Our client CTO Recruiter is looking for Lead Generation Specialist is Karachi.

Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Generation Specialist based in Karachi. The Lead Generation Specialist will focus on identifying and acquiring new leads managing the lead generation process conducting research to identify potential clients and maintaining communication with prospects. The role requires close collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for client acquisition and business growth.

Location: Shahrah e Faisal Karachi near Ibex
Working Hours: 8:00 PM 4:00 AM (PST) Night Shift
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Salary: 35k-45k Performance Incentive

Requirements:

• Ability in Lead Generation and acquiring New Leads
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in conducting Research to identify potential clients and market opportunities
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients through various channels including LinkedIn CRM databases email campaigns and outbound calls.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined sales criteria and convert them into opportunities.
• Maintain a solid understanding of the companys products/services to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
• Track and manage all lead interactions and activities to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets related to lead generation meetings booked and pipeline contribution.
• Provide regular reports and feedback on lead quality market trends and prospect responses.
