Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Executivewith a minimum of 2 years of experience to manage in-store salesfor steel doors and windows. The candidate will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers explaining product features preparing quotations and ensuring a smooth sales process at the store.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend and assist walk-in customersvisiting the showroom/store.
Explain product specifications features and pricing of steel doors and windows.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Prepare quotations invoices and sales orders.
Follow up with customers to convert inquiries into sales.
Maintain proper display and presentation of products in the showroom.
Coordinate with the warehouse and installation team for order processing and delivery.
Maintain records of sales customer inquiries and daily store activities.
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in showroom/store sales preferably in building materials doors windows or related products.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of billing and MS Office.
Customer-focused approach with strong sales skills.

Education:

Bachelors degree or diploma in Business Marketing or related fieldpreferred.
