Job Summary
Seeking an enthusiastic Full-Time Bench Sales Recruiter to work on our internal and external customer IT services requirements with 1-3 years experience. The selected candidate will be able to communicate effectively (written/verbal) be self-motivated and be innovative in a fast-paced environment and will have some experience with consulting firms for the recruitment process.
Roles and Responsibilities
Candidates should have a minimum of 1-3 yrs. of US Staffing exp. and extensive Bench sales experience
He / She should have experience in Marketing Bench candidates.
Should have experience on different US job boards. (Dice Monster Linked In etc.)
Should have a strong preferred vendors list for Marketing bench candidates.
Should have knowledge of different Tax terms like (w2 c2c & 1099) etc.
Should have good communication skills.
Should have closely worked on deadlines and targets.
Qualifications :
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate with minimum 1 Year of US Bench Sales experience.
Good Comm. skills.
Candidate who can join immediately or minimal notice period.
