What you will do:
Maintain and manage company books of accounts in QuickBooks.
Handle day-to-day accounting activities including invoices payments and journal entries.
Monitor and manage daily cash flow and fund tracking.
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations regularly.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare monthly financial reports including P&L and balance sheets.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Ensure accuracy of financial data and compliance with accounting standards.
Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors when required.
Requirements
QuickBooks Certification (Mandatory).
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or Commerce ( understanding of US accounting practices and financial reporting.
Experience working with digital advertising media or technology companies.
Exposure to international accounting and cross-border transactions.

Required Skills:
