Senior Accountant US GAAP

ABOUT THE Senior Accountant - US GAAP ROLE:
WIN is a leading proptech company and were expanding our finance team! Were lookingfor a Senior Accountant with strong expertise in US GAAP and full-cycle thisrole youll handle financial reporting reconciliations and audits - going beyond just AP/ youre passionate about accuracy compliance and strategic financial management wedlove to hear from you!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manage day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger maintenance andfinancial transactions
2. Prepare and analyze monthly quarterly and annual financial statements
3. Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal accounting policies
4. Perform account reconciliations and journal entries to maintain financial accuracy
5. Assist in budgeting forecasting and variance analysis
6. Lead and support year-end audit processes working closely with auditors and taxprofessionals
7. Identify process improvements and contribute to financial strategy

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory
2. CPA - Preferred
3. Degree in Accounting Finance or related field
4. Minimum 4 years of overall accounting experience with at least 3 years of recentexperience in US accounting (post-article ship)
5. Strong experience with US GAAP and financial reporting standards
6. Proven experience in handling year-end audits independently
7. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or other accounting software
8. Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy
9. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
