This is an onsite role based at Nextivas Bengaluruoffice (Wilshire III by MFAR 492 Hobli RHB Colony Mahadevapura Bengaluru Karnataka 560048). Working together onsite strengthens how we operate enabling faster decisions clearer communication and stronger execution so you can make a greater impact and move work forward with speed and clarity.

In-Office Expectation: This role is expected to work onsite four days per week with the potential to increase to five days per week as required by the business. Specific scheduling and flexibility will be guided by your leader to support both team collaboration and individual productivity.

The Role:

TheSeniorStaffAccountant will perform general accounting duties and various ad hoc requests while supporting the Finance departmentwithin the Shared ServicesGroup.He/she willassistwithpayment processingcash flow forecastingaccounts payable andmonthly and annual close processesfor various internationalentitiesandhelp develop andmaintaindocumentation as well as strong internal controls.If you love being challenged and solving problems then this is the role for you.

What Youll Do:

• Participate in the month-end close process by preparing and recording journal entriesin accordance withgenerally acceptedaccounting principles(GAAP)determiningand recording accruals reviewing financial statement trends and preparing account reconciliations
• Liaise with external 3rdParty Accountants to ensuretimelyandaccuratemonth-endaccounting and reporting.
• Perform P&Land B/Svariance analysis and investigate differences
• Assistin the preparation of theweeklyand monthlycash flow forecasts
• Retrieveapprovedinvoices select paymentdatesandsubmitlisting ofpayments to be processedvia International Operationson a weekly basis
• Reviewinvoices selected for paymentvalidateagainst the approved budgetand release paymentsvia our foreign bank portalon a weekly basis
• Performcashvariance analysis and investigate significant differences
• Maintain up-to-date documentation (bank statementsinvoicesetc..)tosupporttheannual audits and corporate reporting requirements.
• Partner with the business to provide real time andaccuratereports to support company leadership
• Participate in process development and continuous improvement projects
• Perform ad hoc projects as requested

About You:

• Bachelors degree in AccountingorFinance
• 3-5years accounting experience
• Proficientto expertMicrosoft Excelskills
• Experience with accounting softwareOracle Fusion preferred
• Knowledge and understanding ofUSGAAPisa plus.
• Excellent analytical decision making andproblem-solvingskills with meticulous attention to detail
• Strong attention to data integrity accuracyprecisionand data gatheringskills
• Demonstrated commitment to obtaining and delivering outstanding results
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilejuggle multiple tasks and completingthemin a timely manner
• Ability to take initiativeidentifyissues act independently communicateand present recommendations to senior management
