KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Training Program Management:
- Develop update and administer training materials and LMS assignments.
- Maintain accurate training records and certifications.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company training requirements.
- Track training effectiveness and implement improvements.
- Partner with leaders and employees to assess skills identify development needs and support succession planning.
Manufacturing & Employee Support:
- Learn production processes and equipment.
- Observe floor operations engage with employees and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support training needs across all shifts in a 24/7 environment.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Attend production meetings and participate in plant committees.
- Share best practices with corporate and other plant locations.
- Represent the company in community or external committees as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
- Experience in training coordination HR or manufacturing preferred.
- Strong organizational communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Cornerstone LMS or eLearning tools helpful.
- Knowledge of OSHA ISO or compliance training is a plus.
WORK & SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to sit or walk for extended periods.
- Use of computers and standard office equipment.
- Safety shoes and glasses are required in production areas.
