Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to grow our customer base and strengthen our brand image. The role focuses on attracting new customers increasing shop traffic and building strong brand awareness through effective marketing campaigns.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Customer Growth

Create marketing plans to bring new customers to the shop.
Increase walk-in customers and encourage repeat visits.
Analyze reasons when customer traffic is low and implement solutions to improve it.

2. Brand Positioning

Maintain a strong and premium brand image.
Plan promotions that support the brand value and avoid making the brand look cheap.
Develop the shop story and highlight the unique selling points (USP) of the brand.

Main Requirements:

At least 35 years of experience in Marketing preferably in F&B retail or coffee shop business.
Good understanding of social media marketing (Facebook Instagram TikTok).
Experience in planning promotions and marketing campaigns.
Creative thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Basic English communication is a plus.

Increase in daily customer traffic
Growth in social media followers and engagement
Marketing campaign ROI (Return on Investment)
Increase in repeat customers
Consistency of brand image across all marketing activities
