Repeat Gym is looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our gym operations and help grow our fitness community. If you are passionate about leadership fitness and delivering excellent customer service we want to hear from you!
Position: Branch Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the gym branch
- Lead supervise and motivate the team
- Ensure excellent service and member satisfaction
- Monitor sales performance and achieve targets
- Maintain facility standards cleanliness and equipment
- Report branch performance to management
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Management or related field
- Experience in management or fitness industry is preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage operations and team performance
- Customer-service oriented and result-driven
