Job Summary:

Infiosis looking for an AI-enabled Technical Writer who canleveragemodern AI tools to create andmaintainhigh-quality product documentation for our OMS and supply chain software platforms.

This role focuses onclear communication structured documentation and effective use of AI toolsto accelerate documentation creation and maintenance. The candidate should have strong written and spoken English skills and the ability to understand technical concepts with support from engineering teams.

What a day in the life looks like:

Create andmaintainproduct documentation feature guides and user documentation
Work closely with engineering product management and QA teams to understand new features and workflows.
Use AI tools (such asClaude Code Kiroor similar technologies) toassistwith drafting editing summarization and documentation generation.
Prepare release notes feature documentation and internal knowledge base articlesthat are the basisfortrainingAIbased chatbots.
Maintaindocumentation repositories such as Confluence Markdown-based documentation systems or internal knowledge portalsfor the purpose oftrainingandguiding AItechnologiesthat would eventuallybe consumed usingdocumentation or chatbotinteractions.
Improve documentation quality structure and discoverability using AI-assisted workflows
Assistengineering teams in ensuring documentationremainsup-to-datewith product releases

What you bring to the team:

1-3 years of experience in technical writing
Bachelors degree incomputer scienceInformation Systemsmastersin computer application(MCA)ora similar technical educational degree.
Strong written and spoken English skills.
Ability to understand and explain technical concepts clearly.
Strong attention to detail and structured writing ability.
Comfortandeagerness inusing AI tools toassistin documentation creationeditingand publishing.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with software products APIs or enterprise applications
Exposure to documentation tools such asDocument 360Confluence Markdown or similar platforms
Basic understanding of software development concepts or workflows.
Experience working with engineering or product teams
