About the company
Remote World is partnering with a UK-based content marketing agency to hire for this role. They produce long-form content for SaaS and tech clients including blog posts white papers and case studies and they need a writer who can research a topic deeply and explain it clearly.
The role
Youll research and write long-form content blog posts guides and white papers on technology software and business topics for a portfolio of B2B clients. Youll work to SEO briefs and editorial guidelines but the quality of thinking and writing is what separates great content from average.
What youll do
- Research and write word blog posts and long-form guides
- Produce white papers and thought leadership pieces for B2B audiences
- Write to SEO briefs while keeping content genuinely readable and useful
- Conduct lightweight interviews or research calls with subject matter experts
- Edit and improve existing content based on performance data
What youll need
- Excellent written English engaging well-structured and original
- Strong researcher you go beyond the top Google results
- Self-directed and deadline-driven you manage your own editorial calendar
- Intellectually curious you get genuinely interested in the topics you cover
Nice to have
- Portfolio of long-form content in technology or B2B topics
- Understanding of on-page SEO (keyword placement structure internal linking)
- Experience with WordPress HubSpot or content management systems
