A relevant tertiary qualification in Healthcare Management Nursing Business Administration or a related field.
510 years experience in hospital or healthcare facility management.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Solid understanding of hospital operations healthcare regulations and financial management.
Proven ability to drive operational improvements and manage multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent communication decision-making and problem-solving skills.
