Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate the successful delivery of a Data Migration Project.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning managing monitoring and delivering project activities while ensuring adherence to scope budget timelines quality standards and stakeholder expectations.

The Project Manager will work closely with business stakeholders technical teams vendors and project resources to ensure the successful migration of critical business data and supporting applications. The role forms part of a multidisciplinary project team delivering business analysis data management data migration testing and functional application support services.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end delivery of the Data Migration Project.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and schedules.
Define project scope objectives deliverables milestones and timelines.
Coordinate project resources and activities across multiple workstreams.
Monitor project progress and ensure delivery within agreed timelines and budget.
Identify assess and manage project risks issues assumptions and dependencies.
Facilitate communication between business users technical teams vendors and management.
Conduct project meetings status updates and steering committee reporting.
Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and project management best practices.
Manage project documentation reporting and change control processes.
Ensure successful coordination of data migration planning execution testing and deployment activities.
Monitor project quality and ensure deliverables meet business requirements.
Support stakeholder engagement and change management throughout the project lifecycle.

Education Requirements:

National Diploma in Project Management Information Technology or Information Systems or Other ICT-related qualification.
Certificate in Project Management Professional (PMP) PRINCE2 Practitioner/Foundation or Equivalent Project Management certification.
Agile Certification advantageous.
Scrum Certification advantageous.

Experience Required:

5 Years of Project Management.
3 Years experience managing Data Migration projects.
