Where Youll Make a Difference
- Manage end-to-end processing of customer sample orders from approved channels including SFDC.
- Accurately enter and validate order details in SAP/ERP systems.
- Communicate with Sales and requestors to clarify requirements lead times and order status.
- Coordinate with Planning Logistics and Regulatory teams to ensure on-time sample dispatch.
- Monitor order progress and proactively address potential delays or fulfilment issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve order discrepancies shipment delays and documentation concerns.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal procedures and documentation standards.
- Support preparation of reports and dashboards related to sample order performance.
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience through timely responses and professional communication.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- 13 years of experience in customer service order management or related areas; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Hands-on experience with SAP and/or SFDC is a strong advantage.
- Strong business-level English communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Cross-cultural awareness and comfort working with regional or global teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Outlook Word PowerPoint).
