Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite (Metro Cebu)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • New curriculum: SHS Graduate old curriculum: completed at least 2 years in College (4 semesters with no back subjects)
  • No prior call center experience required!
  • At least A2 level proficiency in English and Spanish

Job Description:

  • Respond swiftly and accurately to customer inquiries through phone and email ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Navigate challenging or sensitive customer concerns with utmost politeness and professionalism.
  • Play an active role in compiling insightful reports that track customer activity and feedback.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products systems and the unique needs of our customers.
  • Warmly address every incoming client help request making each interaction positive and effective.
  • Keep detailed records of queries and the steps taken to resolve them maintaining transparency.
