As an Associate Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will serve as the first point of contact for our customers addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Your main goal will be to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our products and services and to maintain strong relationships with them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Accurately enter customer information and orders into the system
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate to the appropriate department if needed
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build strong relationships with customers
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective customer service
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree Required
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed
