Job Details:
Title: Facility/Admin Lead
Employment Type: Contract Role
Educational Qualifications: Diploma or bachelors degree in electrical/mechanical/civil engineering.
Experience: 5 to 8 Years
Location: Bengaluru IPEC India
Key Responsibilities:
Admin Operations & Maintenance Liaising Physical Security Housekeeping Safety Audit Purchase Asset Management Transport Management Soft Services and Facility Management.
Scope is for Bangalore IPEC Facility with a 700-seater office the incumbent will report to the Facility and Lab Manager.
Managing the SEZ &STPI process for material movement.
Responsible for Client management Vendor management Employee transportation (Cab Services) and Event management.
Meeting BU Heads or Stakeholders to understand the employees feedback on the services offered by Facilities and Admin team.
Responsible for Space planning monitoring of space utilization meeting & training rooms and other movements and post Move Co-ordination with Employees and Stakeholders.
Maintaining good PR with the Guests/Visitors taking their feedback complaints and situation handling and taking corrective action for the customer delight.
Expertise in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining proper decorum/discipline by Implementing and Modifying the Procedures.
Proper Utilization of assigned budgets managing labor conducting regular inventory checks & audits and developing progression plans.
Awareness of ISO9001/14001 and ISO45001 requirement. Should be aware of TISAX requirements Energy Management System ISO50001.
Work experience on SAP for MM is a key requirement.
Regular interaction with Builder and external contractors on Building management and Utility services.
Key Requirements:
- A dedicated and Conversant professional with Minimum 5 to 8 Years of experience in facility and admin roles.
- Strong organizational ability must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and is detail oriented.
- Ability to lead and direct admin and security teams effectively requiring good people skills
- High accountability and ability to interface with multiple internal teams and external vendors
- Hands on with excel and power point
- Demonstrate patience and overall courteous behavior when working with internal and external customers.
